Bravery is a quality we all have. To be BRAVE is to face your fears, challenges, or difficulties.

✨To quit a job you dislike

✨To stand up for someone in front of you who was treated badly and other actions that represent are acts of bravery to You individually. 
 
At times the above actions seem impossible to achieve. And only by thinking of it, the fear of failing, anxiety, and worry start sabotaging you with thoughts like: “I cannot do that”, “I will never be able to achieve that”, “that impossible” and act.
 
Theta Healing is a tool to access your subconscious mind, find the root cause believe at the time it was formed (the majority of times such beliefs are formed during childhood), and then change it.
