Is coffee Good or Bad? Know Yourself through
Thetahealing.
Is coffee good or bad? What about meat? Is ice cream or chocolate is bad?
Recently I got influenced by a nutritionist and stoped drinking coffee.. Coffee never had an effect on me and I was always balanced about it: drank it to enjoy the taste, intuitively knowing that 1, 2 or none was in harmony with my body. Neither I had any cravings for it nor addiction.
And here I was stopping it all together..
Well what happens when we resist?? It PERSIST!!
I started craving and feeling guilty for having occasionally slipping off and getting myself a coffee. And as I started to believe that coffee is BAD for me – I actually started to feel unwell as I had it!!..
ThetaHealing is a tool to know and change your believes.
This is how we create our believes. And how believes are manifesting in a physical form.
If we think it is bad for us – it will be. And this relates to all other foods.
And guess what – it works exactly the same way if we think it is good for us!
Our bodies will tell us if there are certain foods that have an effect on us – as we are all different, and in this case we will not feel good or bad towards those foods but have that inner knowledge and therefore will not even choose these foods in the first place.
We are all unique and for some coffee is not in harmony. The key is always check – is it us thinking that it is bad and feel negatively while eating or we intuitively know?
I have never followed any diet in my life and somehow trust myself and my body to choose what is needed. Food is goodness and nurture for our bodies and mind.
Eating intuitively gives the Power back to You – to enjoy food with gratitude, without feeling guilty or thinking “I should’t”, while knowing and trusting your body to choose the right foods and right balance for You.
Theta Healing is a powerful tool to know your believes and change them. It allows you to see with clarity and understand yourself, as well as transform and have a another – more positive perception on the same matter.
