Yoga is a way to be fit, balanced and healthy

  • Improve Flexibility

Tight hips can strain the knee joint due to improper alignment of the thigh and shinbones. Tight hamstrings can lead to a flattening of the lumbar spine, which can cause back pain. And inflexibility in muscles and connective tissue, such as fascia and ligaments, can cause poor posture. Yoga aims to develop and improve flexibility in those tight areas and by such reduce pain and encourage a good posture,

  • Build Strength

Strong muscles protect us from conditions like arthritis and spine conditions that cause misalignment and back pain. And when you build strength through yoga, you balance it with flexibility. Whereas at the gym you only build strength, leaving out the added benefits of flexibility.

  • Balance Internal body systems

Yoga has amazing effect on all the body functions, like Lymph system – that is responsible for your immunity; Bones and joints – that is your main structure and support; Blood circulation – prevents from blood pressure issues and heart failure. In addition it helps to get rid of toxins, improve digestion and balances the hormones.

  • Distress and Relaxation

In Yoga we link movements with breath, and by using different breathing technics – we allow the body and mind to relax and distress. Yoga also stimulates a production of serotonin – a happiness hormone, which helps to reverse depression, anxiety, chronic stress conditions and bring peace and harmony within.

Traditionally Yoga is taught one to one with a teacher. Nowadays – it is the best way to ensure fast visible results and convenience. In my Private Yoga classes I create a sequence that suits you and your individual needs. I also able to share more of Yoga – a proper alignment and inner fill of each postures, activate bandhas & energy centres, as well as various pranayama breathwork techniques.

Being a ThetaHealer and Holistic Life Coach I may add energy healing and consulting tools during our Yoga classes, depending on your needs. Private Yoga classes also serve to complement on-going healings and resolutions of any emotional / physical problems.

Dynamic Yoga

In my classes I usually mix different styles and add elements of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga and Pranayama breathing. Whatever your needs are – from flexibility to weight loss – be sure it will be right for you

Healing Yoga

This Yoga classes usually apply to my Thetahealing and Life coaching clients, or those who wishes to have more of a restorative Yoga approach. It helps with ongoing healing and ensure a recovery in a holistic way as SOUL BODY MIND

Prenatal Yoga

Being a Prenatal Yoga teacher and a mother of two – I use adjusted Yoga sequence in order to help future mums to reduce discomfort of pregnancy as well as support healthy body and mind during this wonderful lifetime.

Such enjoyable yoga sessions with a wonderful instructor. Im fairly new to yoga and Sasha has made me feel totally at ease in her classes.

Private Yoga Classes

We are all different and unique. Thus our needs also differ from those of other people. In Private Yoga classes we focus on what is the most needed for your Body & Mind at this current moment. Maybe distressing and restorative Yoga is for You today, and in the next class there might be a need for a more dynamic sequence that aimed at building the strength and will power.

As a Theta Healer, my purpose is to heal through Yoga also,m. Therefore I create a sequence for each class according to Your individual emotional & physical needs, with a soul purpose in mind – improvement of Your wellbeing.

Group Yoga Classes

Sharing experiences with like-minded people

If your desire to do Yoga in a group – this option is also available. Whether you are a group of friends that wish to enjoy a class together or you wish to join a group, such can be arranged. During cooler months we get outdoors for regular Group Yoga Classes.

I teach variety of Yoga styles and each time will go with the flow based on group needs and energy. So no class will the same. My main purpose is to create a community of like minded people where we can all enjoy Yoga practice together and each other’s company. Yoga is wonderful way to unwind, distress as well as build strength, flexibility and balance our Body & Mind

I recorded this video for some of my students who wishes to start their own practice. My goal as a teacher is to support in development of your own Yoga routine if that is what You want, thus eventually You will be able to practicing on your own. Where and When do Private Yoga classes take place?

If you are Dubai based – your Private Yoga Class can be arranged at the location that suits you – be it your home, gym, outdoor terrace, park or beach. There is also an option for your Yoga classes to take place at Balanced Being Now venue, located at The Walk, JBR.

If you are outside Dubai or based in a different country – we can have your Yoga class arranged online, by using zoom online platform

When and Where do Group classes take place?

Currently we have Group Yoga classes happening outdoor in Dubai Marina couple of times a week. For accurate schedule and more details reach out by click here at any time.
